This Hot Story Is Directly from E Canada Now news-Nicholas Cage Sells Dean Martin's Old House

Dean Martin's House Up For Grabs

"Another of Nicholas Cages’ mansions went on the foreclosure auction block. His Bel-Air Tudor estate opened with an asking bid of $10.4 million. This is much less than the $35 million Cage had listed it for at an earlier time.
The mansion did not sale. There was not one bid on the steps of the courthouse in Pamona, CA. The home goes back to the lender who will try to rid of the house, which one realtor described as ‘frat-house bordello,’ in the coming months. It features a 35-seat home theater, nine bathrooms, an Olympic pool, and 11,817 square feet of living space. The home was once owned by singer Dean Martin as well as Tom Jones.
Cage is slowly loosing his housing. Last November he lost another house, foreclosed on, that sold at auction for $2.3 million. A second house, also located in New Orleans, foreclosed on, sold at auction for $2.2 million. Cage, who has made a name for himself in movies, also an Oscar winner, seems to be hitting a financial ruin. It is reported he owes a whopping $14 million to the IRS. Still, Forbes has reported that Cage made $40 million last year. He has two new movies opening this year with another two in production. "
